Delivery Information

On receipt of an order, any item currently in stock will be despatched by courier within 7 - 10 days. If any item from your order is out of stock, we will notify you. Please allow 28 days delivery for any item out of stock.

All deliveries are made on weekdays and Saturdays between 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m and require a signature. If we have been unable to deliver your order, the courier will leave a note stating the time & date and a number to phone to re-arrange delivery.

Your products will be supplied with a delivery note detailing the all the enclosed items. You should check this document carefully to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. We would advise you to keep this document in a safe place in the event that you wish to return or exchange a product prior to accepting the delivery, please check the packaging for any signs of damage. If any damage has occurred, please inspect the contents to ensure they are in a good condition.

UK Mainland Delivery Charges

The following delivery charges apply to the UK Mainland - weekdays:

• - Up to 20 Kilograms - £10.00
• - Additional Kilos up to 100 Kilograms - £0.30p per Kilogram
• - Additional Kilos above 100 Kilograms - £0.38p per Kilogram

Northern Ireland and Channel Islands

The following delivery charges apply to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands - weekdays:

• - Up to 20 Kilograms - £45.78
• - Additional Kilos up to 100 Kilograms - £1.11p per Kilogram
• - Additional Kilos above 100 Kilograms - £1.11p per Kilogram

Republic of Ireland

The following delivery charges apply to Republic of Ireland - weekdays:

• - Up to 20 Kilograms - £54.50
• - Additional Kilos up to 100 Kilograms - £1.11p per Kilogram
• - Additional Kilos above 100 Kilograms - £1.11p per Kilogram

European Delivery Charges

For delivery to Europe, please contact us by telephone (+44 (0)1949 829322) and we will give you a delivery cost for your order.

All delivery charges quoted above are exclusive of VAT.

Guarantee

All our furniture products are covered by a 14 day money back guarantee. If you do not wish to keep an item for any reason, please return the product to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days with the delivery note and we will refund the full value or exchange the product.

All products returned / exchanged as part of our money back guarantee should be sent to:

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any used / constructed flat packed items.

Log on to giosto.com, browse through our product range and follow the on-screen instructions to purchase the items of your choice.

Credit cards that are due to expire in the next five days, cannot be accepted. Products are only dispatched once credit card details are checked and verified by SECPAY and authorisation has been obtained.

By cheque:

Cheques should be made payable to FSW Design Limited and posted to 14 Main Street, East Bridgford, Nottingham, NG13 8PA.

Prices

All prices quoted on our website include packaging and are those applicable at the time of production. Prices may be increased or decreased due to circumstances outside our control. This applies to changes made to the rate of Value Added Tax. All prices quoted on our website include V.A.T.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company. All goods are supplied by Giosto (a trading name of FSW Design Limited).
