Delivering your children's furniture

Delivery Information

On receipt of any order, any item currently in stock will be dispatched by courier within 7-10 days. If any item from your order is out of stock we will notify you. Please allow 28 days for delivery of any item out of stock.

All deliveries are made on weekdays between 9.00am and 5.00pm and require a signature. If we have been unable to deliver your order, the courier will leave a note stating the time and date and a contact telephone number for you to re-arrange delivery.

Your products will be supplied with a delivery note detailing all the enclosed items. You should check this document carefully to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. We would advise you to keep this document in a safe place in the event that you wish to return or exchange a product. Prior to accepting the delivery, please check the packaging for any signs of damage. If any damage has occurred, please inspect the contents to ensure they are in a good condition.

Cancellations

In the event you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must contact us by telephone +44(0)1949 21202 up to 48 hours prior to delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for our good are based on the following structure:

• Ordering one product Up to 20 kilograms in weight - £5.25
• Over 20 Kilograms - £0.25 per kilogram
• Additional products Up to 20 kilograms in weight - £4.25
• (The first product is charged as above)
• Over 20 Kilograms - £0.25 per kilogram

Returning goods

If you have believe there is a fault with the goods you have received from Giosto please call a member of our team on +44(0)1949 21202. They will talk to you about the goods you have ordered and arrange for collection where necessary.

Supply

We reserve the right to refuse supply to any individual or company. All goods are supplied by Giosto (a trading name of FSW Design Limited).
